All questionsWhat do the 'from' prices include?
The Essential finish for that unit type: furniture, mattresses, linen, towels, a full kitchen, small appliances, a smart TV, curtains and blackouts, lighting and décor, the safety kit, installation, styling, a deep clean and a photo shoot. Prices include VAT. Your final price depends on the apartment and the choices you make, and it is fixed in writing before we start.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes. Every price on this site includes 5% VAT, and your quote shows the VAT amount on its own line.
Do I pay for the site visit?
No. The site visit is free. We measure and photograph the apartment, then send your fixed, itemised quote.
How does payment work?
Payment stages are written into your quote. We only order once you have signed off the design.
What about warranty?
Warranty terms for furniture and appliances are written into your quote before you sign.
I run several units. Do you offer portfolio terms?
Yes. Operators with three or more apartments get portfolio pricing and a house standard we repeat across every unit, so replacements always match.
