We furnish, style and hand over with the inventory list and the photos. If you need a licensed holiday-home operator, ask us for an introduction. When the listing needs a lift, a refresh brings new linen, décor and a fresh shoot, from AED 7,900 for a one-bedroom.

How does payment work?
Payment stages are written into your quote. We only order once you have signed off the design.
Is the apartment set up for Dubai holiday-home rules?
Every package includes the safety kit Dubai holiday homes are expected to carry: fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first-aid kit, a torch and gloves. Before handover we check the unit against the Department of Economy and Tourism's current classification checklist for the category you are aiming for.
Do you manage the apartment after handover?
No. We furnish, style and hand over. If you need a licensed holiday-home operator, ask us for an introduction.
